Alpha teaches parents everything you need to know to make informed decisions about birth and also help you use their faith as the cornerstone for both mental and physical relaxation.  I teach this class as a six-week series dividing the “Gentleness” portion into two classes.

Your Alpha materials will consist of: a 180-page Alpha workbook and hospital signs for delivery and breastfeeding support. As an Alpha student, you will also have access to the Alpha Childbirth and Alpha Childbirth Dads groups on Facebook. I will also provide a “best of the best” list of local resources for all of your pregnancy and postpartum needs.  Cost is $225 per 6-week course including materials.

Lactation Education

I provide private breastfeeding education in your home for those who may not have time for a complete prenatal series or who desire more extensive education in this area. $75 per hour
